Our Retainers and Night Guards keep teeth fixed in place and prevent movement after orthodontic procedures, such as braces.

Night Guards in particular help cases of bruxism (teeth grinding) to protect your teeth from damage.

Please note: Our products do not realign teeth, they prevent movement of teeth.

Both have the same basic purpose.

Night guards, however, are designed to be slightly more durable with additional thickness, and are more suitable for people with bruxism (teeth grinding).

With each order you are sent an impression kit, with which you take an impression of each arch ordered (e.g. lower and upper teeth) to send back to us. Each impression kit contains:

• 3 sizes of dental trays, per arch
• 2 pairs of putty pots, per arch (one pair necessary, extra included)
• A prepaid mailbag (to return)
• Instruction leaflet

Once your impression is sent back it will then go through production, and you will receive your perfectly custom fit retainer or night guard!

After the initial order, we aim to deliver your impression kit within 2 business days.

Once we receive your impression, please allow 3-5 days for production and delivery of your retainer.

Yes we keep impressions and offer a 20% discount on reorders when using a previous impression.

Due to the nature of processing a custom product, we cannot offer refunds on our retainers or night guards after production.
